Quick responce during downpour;  stopped obvious leak from roof in the attic. 
Returned a week later to do bigger job (above).

Efficient, no issues, professional.

Troy at Safeguard was responsible, intelligent, informed, thorough, and delivered what and when he said he would. 
Old roof was removed and new roof installed in a timely manner.
His roofers cleaned up after themselves as much as roofers can be expected to ( a little debris in attic, but that's to be expected; grounds were immaculate afterward).
It's been 5 years now and I couldn't be happier with our new roof - strong, beautiful, and no leaks or nails coming loose.  What I liked was that Troy was honest, a man of his word, and his team are real professionals who care about a high standard. I would recommend them to anyone.

We both agreed the night before he started that the job had many problems and was a can of worms. I was so very fortunate that somebody would even tackle the job. He and his men did an outstanding job of closing the leak. The price was high. It would have been beyond any of the average roofers. You had to do much more than a roofer and you had to be a magician and everything else to cut all the corners and cutaways and things like that. The owner Troy and his crew did an outstanding job and I cannot say too much in favor of them.
