I rarely leave reviews, but when a service provider exceeds
my expectations, I totally think that they deserve recognition. I was really impressed
by Jennifer ‘s professionalism . Jennifer is experienced, very knowledgeable,
and make herself available to answer all your questions or concerns with
patience. She is totally devoted to her job. You can tell that she is
passionate and communicate her great skills to her team. Jennifer leads by
example .Consequently, her staff are aligned with her . Jennifer listen your
need and offer a personalized service with a friendly touch.She gives you the
real facts based on an impartial judgment. She also keep her words.
I was buying my first house and was happy to feel 100% safe
with Jennifer and her team . In that area of Real Estates, you want to deal
with someone that can oversee the entire deal and make sure all the various
parties (escrow, bank, appraiser, inspector, etc.) are working together and are
on schedule. Well, Jennifer and her team kept everyone in line and made sure that each
step got processed on time, smoothly and early!!! They are very fast and return
phones calls and emails promptly. Everybody working there are courteous and professional.
But Jennifer and Leah in particular arejust outstanding !!!
I strongly recommend Jennifer and her team at Summit’s. They are
the number One in Santa Barbara !!!!

We'd last used Jennifer Ellison's services 5 years ago when she helped us refinance from a 30 year fixed to a 15 year fixed mortgage when rates started to drop. Since we joked with her about the fact that we didn't want to pay a mortgage from our death bed; and God-willing, we are still both employed, the 15 year mortgage made sense. Jennifer has a way of encapsulating all the intricacies of the loan process(i.e. the mortgage trends, the pros/cons of loan packages, the reasoning behind the banks regulatory practices, bond markets etc.) and speaks to us in plain language. She has a knack of taking her vast knowledge (believe me, we've verified the many accredidations she's earned in her field ) and doing all the hard work so that we, as customers, can routinely provide our required information, then sign the documents. This latest refinance, which she exposed us to because of the extremely low rates available, was a win-win situation. Though we hesitated at first, knowing we only had 10 years to go, Jennifer was able to show us that with the rates at record lows, we could still finish in 10 years and save EVEN MORE each month. And, as always, Jennifer and her extremely communicative and efficient staff, made us comfortable with what was happening, clearly explaining their strategy and how it would benefit us (NOT HER), and then implementing the process with aplomb. In addition, as her clients, in the 5 years between our last refinance with Jennifer, she shares her knowledge via a beautifully written newsletter she creates with insightful articles that provide continuing education on the myriad of updates in the financial, legal, and tax jungle in which we live. I've always found it very enlightening, and like all our other experiences with her, was enjoyable as well as educational to read, not just a reprint of pages of governmental updates and legal mumbo jumbo. It's that extra step that vaults Jennifer to the top of my list of real estate "service providers"....the performance level is top notch in all categories, and I couldn't more strongly recommend someone who is interested in exploring their home ownership horizons with a true professional.
