About us
I specialize in electrical service and repairs for residential and commercial properties. I work alone and plan each project with the customer before commencing work. I invoice the customer for each job after the work is completed to their satisfaction and the amount is due 30 days later. I set up a job file on each property with the job site notes, plans and manuals for any equipment I install. Most of my customers have accounts with me for many years and allow me to make suggestions on how to design their lighting and maintain their properties.
