replacement windows
+ -1 moreIt went very well from start to finish. The office staff were professional when I called. The salesman who did the estimate was knowledgeable and professional. Very friendly. The employee who did the final measurements gave me some very good suggestions. Things I wouldn't have thought of. The installers were here within 30 min of their estimated arrival. They kept everything as clean as possible while they were working and cleaned up well when they left. The final bill was as expected with no add ons. The one problem: Our blinds were put back up backwards in a few rooms. Make sure that is done correctly before they leave. Overall we were extremely happy with the quality of the windows, the work, and the price.
Description of Work: Installed replacement windows throughout the house. We have large windows, one especially, so I found the price fair. It was in line with or lower than other estimates that I got.

+ 0 moreFinal product was quality & labor good. It took so many errors before we got final product. Take some off price when that many mistakes are made.
Description of Work: Repaired window & french doors (double-paned). The 1st order came in with 1 instead of double door. The 2nd order was single paned instead of double! They finally got it right but didn't have all the finishing trim (theatrical) so they had to come back later to ultimately finish job. When completed, it was done well.
