Peterson's Tree Care

1. Fir tree removal was quick. Area was nicely cleaned up - no sign tree was ever there.
2. Elm tree was particularly difficult because it overhung a metal awning and fences. In particular, a large heavy branch had broken off and was being partially held by lower branches. It could have seriously damaged the awning. The workmen carefully tied off and removed the branches resulting in no damage to the awning or fences. The area was nicely cleaned up following the work. The tree was huge so this also involved a lot of cutting and removal - a big job.
3. Avocado tree involved only a few branches, but removing them from the power and phone lines was tricky. They were especially careful not to drop debris on neighbors yard.

They We had several trees fallen during a storm. Peterson's gave an acceptable estimate, and returned to cut up the trees and haul them away. Some years later, we were worried about some large branches overhanging the house. They came out to trim the most dangerous branches, then attached cables to all of the largest branches to stabilize them.
We had called several companies for the first incident. There were a lot of trees in the area needing work, and some companies didn't even bother to call back. Peterson's came out, gave us an estimate based on how much time it would take, and how much hauling, etc. They were very prompt and diligent and polite. The next time we had a need for such work, we didn't bother with gathering estimates, just called Peterson's right away. They gave us a reasonable estimate and began work immediately. It took quite a bit longer than they expected, but did not try to charge us more for the extra time. They were working very hard every time I looked over, and seemed very experienced in what they were doing. They were very pleasant to have around in each case, explaining what they were doing and the need.
They also came out another time to trim the dead fronds from many tall palm trees.

They have been here before that. They just worked very hard. They gave us an estimate. It took longer than they intended to but they just stuck to their quote and didn't charge me any extra money. They did a very good job. Everything has been holding good so far.
