First guy had no social skills and was not helpful when I asked about cleaning along the baseboards, he said "we don't do that."  I immediately called their offices and they sent over a manager who was more helpful and he assessed the situation and talked to the kid before he started cleaning.

The technician arrived right on time. He was professional yet friendly. His work was satisfactory and I was pleased with the results.   They didn't move my furniture to clean the carpet underneath beds/sofa.  I could have paid more to have this kind of service.

They do eco-friendly, non-toxic carpet cleaning. They are very friendly and focused on their work.  They help move large, heavy furniture.  Their products seems to be good and they do advertise that they will come out if a stain does not come out.  They are a fairly small business.

Overall, our experience with Naturalist was incredibly positive.  Setting up the appointment on the phone was a breeze.  The scheduler was very polite.  The young gentleman that came to house was on-time, also very polite, and honest about the time it would take and very informative about how to treat the carpet after the cleaning.  He also informed us about what cleaners they use and how they are non-toxic (good for kids and pets).  We would absolutely use them again and recommend them to others.
