This was a pretty bad experience. They were on time but it soon became apparent that the 2 junior members of the team did not have their head in the game. They needed to be told more than once what needed to go and didn't load things into the truck even after being told that items were going. Both by us and the lead man. For example they did not load the stack of art work leaning against the living room wall, the area rugs, a lamp and several other things. We were tired of dealing with them by this time and decided to move these things in our car. But that was before I realized that they had not taken the large standing ice chest and patio furniture that I had specifically told them to pack. I called the head mover and told him he needed to come back and get the things left behind. He did. But they left a large roll of plastic wrap that they use to wrap furniture was on the patio. I guess it was inexpensive and not worth worrying about When they unloaded at the house Some items that very obviously belonged in the shed were brought into the house and vice versa. Boxes were unloaded into the living room for us to move to the correct room. My daughter was handling things at that end and was very frustrated. In addition a piece of furniture was damaged. I have moved many times and it is always stressful. A good moving crew makes all the difference. So does a bad one and this was the worst I have had. They arrived on time. I originally thought the price was good but so much time was wasted that I don't think the value matched the price. All in all a disappointment.

They were excellent. They were fabulous. They were very polite and very careful about how they moved the furniture and they were efficient and overall I give them a five star rating.

They were on time, pleasant, and careful. They moved quickly and asked me for instructions when they weren't sure of something. Everything arrived safely and nothing was broken. They disassembled my furniture and put it back together in the new place without any problems.
