+ -1 moreThey have very upbeat, kind and helpful employees. There is a very positive attitude. They really care about their clients. They were so helpful in walking me through. It is a ton of fun! It was a very empowering experience.
Description of Work: They have kick boxing classes all day long. I also took a self defense class that they offer from time to time.
