They were on time and they were reliable.

At this last visit to a rental we own, Lenz removed some desiccated rats from an attic space that were found by the cable guy. They didn't charge for the service and were very respectful and polite to the tenant. All of my contact with the office was very professional. Lenz has done work for us in the past and we've always found them to be prompt, courteous and professional. Prices are reasonable. We had one billing disagreement based on a misunderstanding. Lenz removed the disputed charge immediately.

Service was provided on agreed time frame.

I got referred to Lenz from some good friends of mine. They used them for years and told me they could be trusted. When I called Lenz, I was a bit disappointed at first because they couldn't really give any idea of costs. They explained that every place is different and they would have to come out to evaluate my gopher problem. That made sense so I scheduled the free consultation. It was much more than that. The technician gave me a very in depth lesson on gophers. I now know more than I every wanted to know but I understand the problem so much better than before. At least I feel that I know what is going on. I didn't feel any pressure from the tech and ended up having him set some traps while he was there. He returned in a few days and caught 3 gophers. He told me to clean up and to keep my eye on the problem and to call him if any more showed up. It has been a few weeks and nothing yet. I will definitely call them again at the first sign of a new gopher. They were great.

Prompt and professional. After the fumigation was completed, the house and grounds were left in pristine condition.

We were erg unhappy with the nationa company we had used for five years and had a contract with we looked up angie's list and found lenz. they come when they say they will come, they explain everythibg and they also have taken over our rat control as well as pest control the same peron comes each time which is so rare.. and so appreiated.. the other people naver showed and always charged. we sre delighed with Lenz.

When I first called them, I was able to get an estimate over the phone, and schedule the work within just a few days. On the day they came, they were prompt and professional and told me exactly what would happen (first brushing down all the webs, and then spray treating the outside of the house, and the inside and outside of my detached garage). They told me I would need to leave my doors and windows closed for two hours after he left, so that the chemicals wouldn't get inside the house. After that time, I went out and did not see or smell any residue. It has been three weeks now, and I've not seen any spiders (or other bugs) since.

They were very professional. Nice people to deal with.

They did a good job. We asked them a lot of very specific questions, all of which they answered easily. They showed up on time and were very professional and everything went off without a hitch.
