Architectural Service
I selected Kathy Hancock for my architect to remodel my house in 2006 when I made a rec room into a large master suite and added a bathroom, and also in 2008 when I totally remodeled the kitchen and remodeled two bathrooms. She provided high quality work at a very reasonable price and was very easy to work with... She took my ideas and made suggestions without pressure. She worked well with the contractor and knows how to navigate the challenging Santa Barbara regulations... I am moving and asked her to look at a kitchen of a home I am considering and she had excellent suggestions and free up several sketches that have been very helpful. We decided not to buy that home but I will definitely ask her for help next time I do a remodel.
