Karen's Kleaning has been providing housecleaning for me every other

I have never had my home cleaned for me before, so I have no history to compare with. Two people arrived on time to clean the house, one spoke broken English and the other spoke none. Other than a confirmation call prior to the cleaning day, I had no contact with the business owner. They arrived in a personal car with no business noted on the outside. They said their car leaked oil, so they didn't park in my carport (I appreciated that).
I thought they did an excellent job of cleaning everything. My only disappointment was a nick in my bedroom dresser and a permanent crease in a few of the aluminum blinds. I thought I would get a follow-up call from the owner to get my response on the cleaning (satisfied or not), but never did. I know I would have no way to prove that the slight damage was there before they came.

Two people perform this service and I have a 4 bedroom 2 bath house and they clean it in 2 - 3 hours.

Their customer service has always been great. I've never had any issues with them. Their quality of cleaning is great as well.
