I had mold in my house and I hired to him to fix the issue of drainage around the north side of my home. This was to be a french drainage system. This job went terribly wrong. He took my money and had another big job so he ended put me on the back burner. I was constantly looked over and always had different excuses. He states that in july the drainage is 85% done but that was not the case and other professionals highly disagreed and expressed that I should not pay any more money till the job is complete. I have had other contractors out for other reasons and they were explaining to me that this work is not to par and that I was being over charged. He had a very large ditch dug around the north face of my home which we had to step or jump over to get access to 5 entry ways, and I had to insist he come out to fix the issues. He came out and put boards over the large ditch so nobody would be hurt. This was after he started the job in june and didn't correct this issue until november. I had to threaten to sue him to get him to come out to put the boards over the ditch for a temporary fix for safety reasons. I feel like he was in over his head with work and because of this I am out money. He did not to the job properly or to my expectations. Finally I just had do dismiss him from any more services. I am still addressing standing water with further construction.
