Hydrex Pest Control

This detached garage was fumigated in May of this year for termites. It was packed with various materials clear to the garage door with a narrow space to walk inside. In the past rats had been inside for a long time based on droppings. I hired a crew to remove all junk from the garage floor and storage shelves. We took precautions and a neighbor wearing a special double filter breathing mask swept the floor clean. This garage has an adjoining room off the main garage,  which still had plenty of rat droppings. Prior to the Hydrex service I explained to the man what needed to be moved down from rafters in the adjoining room to eliminate any droppings on the flat metal and boards overhead. Also some items needed to be taken from the overhead storage in the main garage so surfaces could be vacuumed.  He gave me the quote with the understanding that all rodent droppings would be vacuumed up before he sanitized the spaces.
After the service I had to wait until the next day to check for results. Inside the adjoining room I was dismayed to find rodent droppings still on the floor and on a counter height wooden shelf. This service man removed the overhead materials but didn't properly  vacuum the surfaces.
I had a builder coming that morning to work in this room so I had to sweep up the droppings from the floor and the shelf. The main garage overheads look okay. I am very disappointed that this service man didn't do a thorough job in the adjoining room, especially at the high price. 
Also, the large white bag staged outside while he vacuumed shot dust on my newly primed exterior garage wall. The service man didn't use a broom to sweep it off, or at the least, mention it to me.

He was just great. I only know Fred. Fred's service was superlative. He came over and did a thorough search to see what our problems were, he made suggestions and was extra polite. He did not pressure us to sign any contracts. He was really helpful but he was not pushy. He didn't charge us anything. We had another service that was no so good, it was expensive and we were not happy with the other service. Hydrex Pest Control will be the first I call.
