I wasn't there. He came to the house, and one of my work men was there. He did what he did and presented a contract to sign. I told him I had tenants coming in on the weekend and wanted to make sure there weren't any ants.

On Friday, not even in the same area where we'd seen them originally, there was an ant invasion in the powder room, worse than the first time. I called him hysterical that we had ants all over the place. He said this is common and it takes up to 7 days. I said this is BS, I spoke with my work man who'd been there and he said the guy said he may have to come back in 7 days for another treatment, but nothing about it taking 7 days to take effect. So I called them to get someone over right away since my tenants were coming, and they said they wouldn't due to holiday weekend, and that they'd warned me this might happen. I said if they'd warned me about this I'd have sent him home and bought a can of Raid. I said just send someone over to take care of it, but they said they don't have anyone to send. I said they are fired and I can't do business with them.

Hydrex Pest Control are very knowledgeable, and they're very professional. They did very good impression when they came to the house check the problem. What I don't like is that it's been 2 months and they can't catch it. They do come to the house to spray the outside for bugs. They sprayed all the perimeters and they did some spray on the inside. My wife was happy with that. They were supposed to come back out and check the traps 2 weeks after they set them and nobody showed up for over a month. I had to sign a contract with them which I didn't like. But I think within the next months if they don't catch them, I am going to figure out a way to get out of the contract without paying if they can't get rid of it.
