I interviewed several computer repair services over the phone before deciding on Heroic PC. Ben Graves was just what I was looking for: someone with the experience, ability, and communication skills to troubleshoot a pesky wireless internet problem. Ben returned my phone message almost immediately, I described the problem, and he volunteered several possible explanations over the phone. I arranged for him to come out the same day, he was punctual, professional and courteous. He diagnosed and corrected the problem within a few minutes, so the charge was still within his minimum amount, which included one-way travel time. I got my problem fixed and at a very reasonable rate.
