"I Don't understand the review we did the job 3 years ago, used his parts in the toilet repair . Installed basin faucet supplied by him adjusted popup assembly installed by others, repaired kitchen faucet At the time he wrote a good review and I have never been contacted about a problem. The repair process went just fine. Mike is both friendly and professional. He knows what he was doing, and does it well. He had to pick up the Grohe repair kit, so came back on a second visit to do that part of the job, which was absolutely no problem for us. It also gave him a chance to tweak the fittings on the new bathroom faucet, which had developed a very slow drip. He doesn't take credit cards, but sent us a bill via mail a couple of weeks after completing the job.

He is excellent. He's prompt and he does a great job. When you don't know what's wrong, he is always able to figure it out and correct it. He's very reasonable and he cleans up after things really well. We are really happy with him.
