 + -1 moreI've had mixed experiences. The support I have gotten has been wonderful. Occasionally they get overloaded and it takes a while to reach them. Three times I got them immediately. A couple times it took a couple of days for them to get back to me. They have always gotten back to me. I encourage someone to try it out. I think they will continue to get better.
Description of Work: They provide on-line support for people who are trying to get help with heir computers. I paid an annual fee to use the service. They help me anytime I want with any computer problem or anything I want to learn.
