Instead of throwing away a $300 stereo that the manufacturer wouldn't provide any repair information on, he researched and found the parts he needed to fix my 3-year old Crosley cd from turntable stereo system. They wanted me to buy a new one with a credit that they would give me. Much better to have this one repaired and I am floored that he is the only one around willing to try. He did a great job and very professionally.
