Consolidated Overhead Door And Gate are very professional, on time and the management there do an excellent job, representing that type of business.

They supplied and installed a custom garage door.

I made an appointment for Thursday and was told that they could not give me a window of time to expect them and I would receive a call first thing in the morning to let me know the time.
After no call, I called back the day of my appointment and was told that they had me on the schedule and were apologetic that John, the technician did not contact me. Bill assured me that John would call me the next day in the morning to tell me when he would arrive and do the repair. Second day in a row, no call from Consolidated and no services performed.
I would not waste any time contacting this company.

Representative came to our home to assess the extent of damage to our two car garage door. Recommendations were offered and we accepted Consolidatated's offer to repair the door. The two men who came to work on the problem were prompt and professional. Work was completed to our full satisfaction and the area was cleaned after the work was done.

They said they would call in the morning and give me a time when they would arrive to fix my gargage door. I had waited for this appt. for 4 days and really wanted my garage door fixed. When they hadn't called by 10:00am, I called them. I was told the repair man would call me back. When I hadn't heard by 1:30pm, I called again and was told the same thing. Again, no call back. When I called at 3:00 to say that I really needed a time because I had to go to the vets to pick up my dog, I was told they would find whoever was in the area and have them call me with a time. When I called just after 4:00 - still not ever getting a callback - the answering machine was on. I would never, never call these people again. It's quite obvious after waiting around all day that customer service isn't in their vocabulary.
