Carroll Plumbing has to be the most unprofessional, disrespectful plumbing business in town. I was quoted $300 labor to replace a water heater that was still under warranty so I had them do the work. I was shocked to receive a bill of just under $800. The invoice showed a charge of $175 per hour for 3 hours of work. I timed the plumber and he was here exactly 2 hours and 10 minutes. When I asked about the discrepancy, I was told they were charging me "driving time" which means I paid 50 minutes of drive time when their office is 1/2 mile from my house. I was also charged a $175 "warranty procedure" which was explained to me to be a charge for picking up the water heater that was actually shipped to their store from Rheem, the water heater manufacturer. These people are total rip offs and the front office is manned by people that are rude and condescending
