Never worked with a more conscientious, fair, honest, and dependable contractor. His subs were personal friends and he stood behind their work and character. Every detail was done to perfection, timely, and with consideration for our needs as we lived in the house through the remodels. Work went over estimates because of my choices which was how we worked it out. Pay as you go works for me.
