BelowMagid Construction

I hired Below Magid Construction to do an extensive remodel of my home in Montecito. I am unhappy with the quality of the work performed. We ended up with a living room fire place that was not properly centered, adhesive marks on our marble kitchen island, a master bathroom shower that leaks and on and on. I also had problems with incorrect billing from Below Magid Construction. In one case they billed more for an approved change order than the amount I signed for, in another case they billed for painting more exterior doors than were actually painted. In another case they charged for the same fire place hearth twice on the same invoice. In addition to the contract work and approved change orders, they added "Extras" to invoices, these came as an unwelcome surprise and escalated quickly in cost and the project progressed.

I have renovated over 10 properties and this was by far this was the best experience with a contractor.  Great quality and honesty.
