They were just very personable and it was not like a normal veterinarian service. They did a follow up call with us. We made a donation to UC Davis Veterinary Hospital of our dog. They sent us a sympathy card afterwards. And even along the way, when he was getting sick for towards the end when we had to take him in, a lot of the services she gave were for no charge at all, out of kindness of her heart. We have started referring her to a lot of other people since then because the veterinarians that we have gone to, we feel that they gouge you for services here and there and you end up paying thousands of dollars for what you feel is nothing. She definitely didn't do that.

Veterinarians
I love them and the doctor who treats my dog is great. She specializes in elder care for dogs and my dog loves her. She gets down on her hands and knees to relate as well as get down to my dogs level. She is very nice with him and does not force him to do something he is not comfortable doing such as getting up on a table. She loves animals and is ready to take that five to ten extra minutes to let the animals get used to her rather than just letting them go through the process. I would use her again in the future.
