They changed my contract from a flat rate of $26 every time a response team came to my property to a $15 monthly fee. The technicians that they sent were professional, but the people in the office that I dealt with were not and tried to pull a quick one on me. I read through the paperwork and did not want to agree to a $15 increase. Once my contract is up, I will not renew.

PAID FOR A NEW ALARM SYSTEM IN MY HOME. HAD SOME EXTRA COMPONENTS ADDED TO MY ALARM SYSTEM. THIS COMPANY DID A GOOD JOB ON INSTALLING MY ALARM. THEY ARE VERY THOROUGH WHEN THEY EXPLAIN THE USE OF THE EQUIPMENT.

BRINKS WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY GAVE ME A GOOD PRICE, AND HAD A KNOWLEDGEABLE WORKER AT MY HOUSE WHO DID THE WIRING AND INSTALLATION QUICKLY. I ALSO APPRECIATE THAT BRINKS KEPT ME POSTED ON CHANGES IN THE LAW REGARDING POLICE DISPATCH FROM MONITORED ALARMS.
