It went well. Kumar was very friendly and knowledgeable! He got the bid back to me quickly and was very competitively priced, but not the cheapest bid. I ultimately went with Action because of the quality of their work. I was not disappointed, they did a great job and worked quickly.

They provided friendly, professional service. The work was done correctly and satisfactorily, and I haven't had any leaks since the repair. The rain gutters function perfectly as well. They positioned the rain gutters in a way so that the water flows away from the home and into the proper drainage areas.

I first called the number, where they were nice, responsive and put me in touch with; I think one of the owners. He came out looked at things and told me he would get back to me with a bid, but I had to call them 4 times to get the bid. Finally, he just dropped it off at my house one day, so it was kind of frustrating to know what his bid was, but his bid seemed reasonable. We then scheduled the work, his guys were late, but they did the work and it was fine. They got up there, cleaned the gutters, and molded the ones that needed to be. The work was fine and I asked if I had to pay them, they said they will send the bill and then it should be paid. I got the bill after a month; so they are not that responsive. The work was fine, but it was not the best. I will not use them again in the future.
