I was having a new front put on the house and needed windows. I had the windows install before having stucco put on the house. They measured my windows and it took several weeks to get them. They brought them out and installed. it only took a day to put in four windows. They did a very nice job. The windows fit perfectly. The crew was very polite and did not leave a mess. They cleaned up everything and did not mess up my plants. Which was hard to do since I had so many flowers in the area where they had to work.
Description of Work: There were here when they had set a appointment time. The gave an estimate. Called later and ask them ot install the window in the front of the house.

I'M NOT HAPPY WITH THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEIR WORKMANSHIP IS GOOD, VERY GOOD. HOWEVER THE PEOPLE DON'T RETURN CALLS. WHEN THEY INSTALLED THE WINDOWS, ONE OF THE SCREENS WAS BENT, AND THEY SAID THEY WOULD REORDER A NEW ONE. WE DID NOT HEAR FROM THEM UNTIL A COUPLE WEEKS LATER, AND I CALLED THE SALES REP. THEY SAID IT WOULD BE ANOTHER WEEK. MY HUSBAND CALLED FIVE TIMES, AND THEY SAID IT WOULD BE ANOTHER WEEK. IT FELT LIKE A RUNAROUND.
Description of Work: THEY TOOK OUT ALL THE OLD WINDOWS AND REPLACED THEM WITH NEW WINDOWS.
