IT SEEMS HE PUT SEED IN AREAS WHERE THE LAWN ALWAYS GET TOTAL SHADE SO IT WILL NEVER GROW THERE. OTHER AREAS, IT HAS DONE A PRETTY GOOD JOB. WISH HE WOULD CK THE SPRINKLERS MORE OFTEN TO MAKE SURE THE SEED WAS GROWING THE GRASS PROPERLY.

HE IS NORMALLY PRETTY GOOD AS FAR AS GARDNERS GO. THEY ACT VERY PROFESSIONAL. IF YOU ASK THEM TO DO SOMETHING THAT DAY, IF THEY DON'T HAVE TIME THAT DAY; THEY WILL CATCH IT THE NEXT WEEK.
