HE'S GOOD. HE'S RELIABLE, AND IF WE WANT ANYTHING DONE, HE'LL COME OUT AND DO IT FOR US. HE'S FINE. SOMETIMES HIS WORK IS REALLY GOOD, AND SOMETIMES IT'S NOT. THE QUALITY IS SOMETIMES GOES FROM A B TO A C. WHEN HE HAS HIS WORKERS COME OUT, IT'S NOT AS GOOD, BUT WHEN HE DOES IT HIMSELF, IT'S ALWAYS GOOD.
