Our house was infested with termites, I used Lloyd's Pest control. They convinced me to use a heat treatment vs. tenting. I was told by the technician this process would cover the entire house. The quote was $2002 and process would take about 5 hours. Scheduled for October 2018, the one technician set up the equipment, ran the heat for one hour then packed up and left. I called and complained, a return visit with 2 technicians doing the same process but for a few hours. However, it was not explained to us that the heat treatment would only cover the 2nd story, although they sprayed in a few places outside, it was not sufficient. Since that time I've called for several trips back to kill termite infected areas in my home. Most of these return visits are for the downstairs areas. As of today, I called this morning to inspect/ treat areas in front of my home and above the garage. I would not recommend or use this company. It was a waste of money, even though their statement indicates "MONEY BACK GUARANTEE ", I was willing to apply what I've already paid to do the correct procedure, which is tenting. Well, now if I want tenting it will cost about $2600. I will never use them again. I feel cheated and scammed.

Pretty much summarized above.  Llloyd's did a good job.

No problem with first visit, but  you are charged 19.95 per month after that and if you want service you have to call or e-mail and request it.  My feeling on that is .....you are charging my credit card and you should provide a service, I shouldn't have to make a request, for you to do the work.

They were good to deal with but they used a subcontractor and I thought they were kind of brusque. They were responsive and I feel like they handled everything well until it got to the subcontractor who actually put the tent on. I would get a quote from them again.

We felt that did a good job but had to call them back a few weeks ago in that our problem was not solved.

The person I talked to on the phone was very helpful. He gave me quote over the phone is was fair. The gentleman who came out to do the work was very nice, personable and helpful. They are coming back today to spray. It's an ongoing process to monitor the initial control efforts.

We have a pest control contract with Lloyd's, and that service is good.

They offer a free termite inspection, also. When damage was found, they explained the process and cost of repairing, and did a clean, quiet, thorough job.

They are constantly on time, friendly and always call before they arrive. Completely professional. Always responsive to requests to service at times other than the normal quarterly service. Couldn't be happier. Much better than the big names.

The termite inspector, Andrew Johns, came out to the house and inspected for termites. After the inspection Mr. Johns showed me where all of the damage was and quoted a price of $1955 for the fumigation which included ( if we wanted it) a fee for tile replacement for any tiles broken during the fumigation process and a fee of $1850 for the termite etc. damage.
After the house was tented there were four broken tiles which they promptly replaced.
At the time of the fumigation we decided not to have repairs done. Six months later we sold our house and had to call Lloyd Pest Control back to complete the repairs. They honored the original price and did not attempt to charge a higher price. On the repair contract there is a stipulation that there can be unseen damage and boy!! we had a lot on the wood pergola in the backyard. However the extra that was charged was only $750. They replaced almost the entire top of the pergola structure.
Mr. Johns is a courteous professional and has excellent customer service skills.
The men who came to complete the repairs, Gilbert, Carlos and Caesar worked diligently and were also courteous and professional.
I believe that their prices are in line with other fumigators and these people are reputable and reliable. I would not hesitate to use them again.

It was not that great. They would come and then if the gates were shut they would just leave instead of like knocking on the door to let them in the backyard. We were paying them full top and they would just do like the front yard and leave. We just got rid of them. They would be here when they were supposed to. They showed up on time and did nothing.

We have had success with them. They come out as needed only. They will come out and spray around the outside of the house if we see that we have bugs, and for free inside if we want to. I think they know what they are doing, and they are very customer friendly. They are good. I haven't seen enough of them yet to really know but I would say I am happy with what they have been doing. They are very cooperative with the price.

Since this service is performed quarterly, we receive a phone call notifying us of the date and approximate time that a representative from Lloyds Pest Control will be on the premise. The representative always notifies us prior to spraying that he is on site so that our pets are inside. They always ask if we are experiencing any unusual infestation and asks if we have any questions regarding the service. Once completed, they again check with us an remind us not to let the pets out for several hours and not to do any watering for 24 hours. All the representatives that have performed this service are courteous, diligent in their work and make themselves available for any questions.

Very happy with them. Show up on time and did a good job. Tennant is happy.

I don't remember them telling me that I was signing a contract. I know, read the paperwork.

They addressed our problems while taking care to protect our dogs, parrot and koi pond.

We were happy with service for the first few years, but over the past year we've noticed a decline in the quality of the service. The technician is not as thorough and customer service aspects have dropped off. When we call for an issue they are responsive, but we seem to have to call more frequently than we used to.

This was the first time we used our services. We had to be out of the house for a few days for them to complete the work. I have referred them to others since.

Checked and got rid of termites, replaced rotten wood and than painted.

Great on time and very helpful they even call you to remind you.

The crew that came out was fine. My issue is with the manager, he set up the spraying. He didn't contact me in a timely manner. Very inflexible when it came to scheduling. Very hard to contact. He was supposed to call us back yesterday, but didn't call back. The workers did a great job and this review reflects my feelings on management.
