WHEN YOU CALL FOR AN APPOINTMENT, THEY CAN USUALLY CALL WITHIN 48 HRS. THEY DON'T OVERCHARGE. THEY MAKE GOOD RECOMMENDATIONS IN REGARDS TO STAINING AND PRE-TREATING SPECIFIC AREAS. THEY ARE LIKE A MOM AND POP CHAIN. I THINK THEY EVEN HAVE A KEY TO OUR HOUSE SO THEY'RE VERY TRUSTWORTHY.
