Complete and utter disrespect. They cut down some large trees in my neighbors yard and decided that they could use my yard for 3 hours WITHOUT asking. Proceeded to destroy property, patches of grass, and other landscaping. Out of respect to my neighbor, I decided to not call the police and deal with him directly. I was given the owners name, Temis, and was told he would be calling. I am not sure if he even apologized for what went on. He thought it was out of line to ask for compensation and basically told me how I should be reacting to the situation. So destroying property is ok? It's my fault my lawn is there? Complete jerk. I wouldn't hire this company if you paid me. They will cut any corner imaginable and the owner doesn't know the definition of accountability.

This company has been a HUGE disappointment. They charged me $2,000 over a month ago to fix sprinklers that only took the workers about 4 hours. Temis made it sound like it would take a significant number of hours to fix-apparently not. Temis is the salesperson that came out to my house and after multiple discounts ended at $2,000. He ensured me that every single sprinkler would be fixed so that it was spraying the water in the plants (rather than cement) and replace any needed nozzles. Well, a week after they came by and I paid them in full, I called Supreme because 2 of the sprinklers were not working. They gave me a day and time that they would come to fix the sprinklers. I took half a day off for this. They never showed up. I called the office and Temis directly several times and no one answered. No call, no show. I could not believe this level of unprofessionalism after already overpaying for the work. This was followed by weeks of leaving messages. No one called me back. Finally someone pick up the phone last week when I called. Temis said that because of the heatwave, they didn't come to my house but failed to notify me in any way of this decision not to come to my house. He then assured me that they would be at my house a few days later. I again took the day off for this. The day arrived, they never showed up. I waited ALL DAY and nothing. I text Temis in the morning and he said that I was on the schedule for the day. No one showed up the entire day...no one called me! Another repeat of their lack of professionalism (BTW, there was no heatwave this time-but still no show, no call!) Now I am back at trying to get a hold of them. I have left numerous messages and texts and no one is getting back to me. Stay as far away as you can from this company! I wish I would have!

Somebody else from our neighborhood also used the Supreme Tree Experts Inc. and they have used them for years and they are really good and they came out, their price was good and they did a fabulous job. They did a great job, they know what they are doing. We will use them again. They are extremely professional, very courteous, fabulous job, great clean-up before they left.

One of their employees was in the neighborhood and asked if he could give me a quote for tree trimming b/c they were doing work in our neighborhood already. I normally say "no" to these solicitations, but he said they had a certified arborist on staff, which was a huge deal for me. He gave me an estimate, which was reasonable based on prior experience, so I went ahead and booked it.
The only issue I had with them was they had to reschedule to a different day - in the middle of the day they had planned to do the work.
But they did a great job - the two largest trees had been horribly mangled by inept tree trimmers in the past, and Supreme managed to make them look like a single tree canopy together. It's nice to see my trees happy. They also took out two cypress trees that were too close to the house, trimmed several shrubs, and removed all the debris in quick order.
I would definitely recommend them.

A representative of the company approached me as I was working in my front yard, wondering if I needed any tree service. Usually, I reject such approaches, because I want to check out the company first (such as checking Angie's List). But this guy was very persistent, and there were two trees in my front yard that I had been wanting to take out for a long time. So I asked him to give me a ballpark figure as to how much he would charge to take them out. At first he said $750, but then when I balked he came down to $650. I thought this was such a good deal I couldn't pass it up, so I took a chance and hired them.

The time was set for the next day, so I went in the house for about 20 minutes, and when I came outside again, 7 men were there with hard hats, starting to work. He said "the men were in the area and wanted to get started, is that OK?" I was surprised, but said it was fine, and they proceeded to take out these VERY tall trees (at least 50 feet I would say) in the space of about 3 or 4 hours. I have a native garden and they followed my instructions about protecting certain plants near the trees. They put cans over them so they would not be damaged. Except for a couple of small branches on one of my sages, none of my plants were harmed.

They were excellent about cleaning up and grinding up the stump. I have no complaints whatsoever about their work.
