Strictly Contents Restoration
About us
Strictly Contents Restoration is a restoration company that focuses solely on the Personal Property or "Contents" aspect of a property claim. When a Home or Business Owner has a fire, flood, mold or smoke issue, and they report it to their insurance company for a claim, we are the company the professionally packages, cleans and appraises all of the Contents in the affected areas. We analyze all contents for damage, and create a "Total Loss Inventory" for the items that cannot be restored to Pre-Loss Condition or "PLC". We provide the Insured a photographic inventory of all items removed from the property, so they can feel comfortable knowing where their items are and that they in a secure storage area. If any restorations need to be performed on the Contents, we take those items to our Technical Facility for processing and restoration. Once all structural repairs have been performed on the property, we bring back the Contents and "reset" them into their original locations. This service allows customers to feel comfortable about their personal belongings during the restoration process to their property. Our company has over 30 years of experience and our technicians are highly proficient in their trade.
