Great service. My call was answered quickly both times I contacted the company. The technician arrived on the date and time I was told. (technically he arrived 30 mins earlier, but that worked for me just fine). I was given a call from the company when he was on his way ans also when he arrived. He looked at the garage door and fixed the problem within 20 mins. I was lucky that this was covered under my home owners warranty and so only paid for the service charge. I was impressed with the professionalism and service of this company and would use them again as well as recommend them to others.

Garage door was not closing properly. Called Safeway through my insurance and they sent them out. The technician was very nice and knowledgeable, was punctual and performed the service quickly. The only draw back was the amount they charged -- total of $210 to change the capacitator and adjust and realign the springs...I had already taken the day off to take care of that so I did not want to waste another work day so I let them go ahead and do the job, but I really felt the price was way way too much, especially when you have so many deals on Angies list of companies that do the same thing for anywhere from $29-89.
If you se them make sure they give you an estimate first, then compare with other companies.

'Mike' came out Wednesday morning, pretty much as scheduled, to check on some problems we had with both garage doors – one with misalignment of the roller and the other with cables hanging loose. He explained to me that both problems were caused by broken and worn-out springs and that the cables were fine and could be re-attached. I accepted his quote and he set to work, replaced the springs and made sure everything was aligned and lubricated. Problem solved; everything works well again (with one year warrantee).

The were waiting for me when I arrived home, were very professional and had my garage opening in a small amount of time, and they were very pleasant. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again, highly recommended.

I have used them three times. They provide good service that is reasonable. Their workmanship is good. I have had a very good experience with them. I have no complaints. I don't shop around for prices, so I cannot compare their price with that of the others.

When I called them they told me the next appointment would be two days later, but when I explained that we had no access to the garage without manually opening a heavy garage door, and that this constituted a semi-emergency, they managed to get service to me on the same afternoon.Theygave me a 12 to 5 time slot but took phone numbers so they could give a call a half hour before arrival so I didn't have to sit and wait for them all afternoon.They did exactly what they said. They were prompt, curteous, and efficient. Very professional. They made the repair for the cost of a service call only, as that included the first half-hour labor. they used a low cost stock part, and didn't even charge for it. They did not try to upsell me on additional service. Would use them again without question and highly recommend their services.

The work was performed satisfactorily, but the worker tried to charge me more than was quoted. After I objected, quickly reverted to the original quoted price, which gave me the feeling that this was a common practice. Would not use again.

Apparently it was just a fuse that was bad. Anyone else would have charged me to replace it but these guys fixed it and thanks to an Angie's list coupon, I paid next to nothing... Service was great and I have already recommended them to my parents and sister.

The cable had come of one of the drums on the garage door. The technician showed up on time and was very professional and assessed the problem very quickly. Besides putting the cable back on the drum the technician had to sand down the roll bar and adjust the other drum. This was a bit of extra work and he still only charged me the $65 they had quoted. The door works great now.

The company arrived with in the time frame given. The door opener was in need of a new belt which had to be ordered. The opener was returned and reinstalled three days later.

Garage door wasn't opening or closing and had been quite noisy before it stopped working altogether. I was expecting to have to replace my 10-year old opener, but Gary took a look and said all that needed replacing was a stripped nylon gear. He tightened the chain, lubed hinges, etc. and now it works perfectly and is quieter.
