RSP was subcontractor working under a difficult general contractor. Despite disputes with the general about payment, Rick kept the job going, kept smiling, happily made all modifications needed by our large family. At final inspection, inspector said the work was beyond good - ranks with the best plumbing jobs he's ever seen.

I called him on Tuesday. He asked for details on previous water heater, which we together determined needed to be repaired. Identified the best-priced seller in the area. Did the replacement on Saturday.
