I called around 2:00 PM Tuesday afternoon. Luis came out around 3:30 PM and finished around 4:15 PM. The screen looks good and rolls smoothly. I'm very happy.

Great service provided next-day. The gentleman came, collected the screens, re-screened them at his truck, and replaced them all. The work is perfect. New screens aren't exciting, but the work is done as well as I can imagine it being done. Perfect.

A young man named Chad took care of me. He was very punctual and professional. He even gave me a 10% discount.

For the third time, my not-with-it dog, ran through the closed sliding French door screens, ripping them, causing them to not rewind and/or close. Not good at the beginning of summer. In the past, I called the people I bought them from (pricey!) who took an inordinate amount of time to a) remove them from my doorway b) repair and return them. This time, they compounded the problem by not returning my phone call, which prompted me to call Reliable. Chris, who I assume is the owner, could not have been more on the ball. He sent two guys who showed up right on time, took minutes to remove the broken section (as opposed to the other place who took the entire thing apart which took an hour, making me more aware of how untrained they were) and promised it by the end of the week. The last time, it took two weeks or so, making life rather unpleasant. At exactly the time promised, they showed up with the repaired screens, took five minutes or less to re-install and - the price was considerably less than what I paid for the earlier inconvenience. If all vendors acted this way, I'd be a happy homeowner.

I called and made an appointment for the following week. Installer arrived within time frame given. Installer made suggestions regarding color and screen durability, great color selection. He completed frames for 8 window within 2 hrs. Installer was very courteous and professional. This price was very good.
