He was very informative with regards to the billing process. He also told us about what we needed to be done during the installation phases. They were also sheet metal contractors; I had them redo the gutters so it would not entail affecting the roof job because of the way they had previously been fastened. They used something called bird stops and people told them that it would not be possible to put in with our tiles, but this company used some mud or cement and made mold and filled in the areas where birds would get in. Bird stops are required by code. I think that saved us a lot of money. Terry handled all the paper work with the city, and we were just charged the amount of the permit.
