Patriot Towing

He claims to be a veteran. We wanted it towed on a flat bed since it wasn't registered yet.. He said don't worry nothing will happen, and if something were to we have wonderful insurance. He went on and on about how great the insurance was. The driver didn't know how to use the hitch, which was a commercial hitch. The safety chains weren't hooked up so the Arch came loose. The driver was quick thinking and did take moves to be sure the arch didn't hit any cars or houses. The Arch sustained damaged. Ripped out wiring, broke the hitch and the front end had damage. All of a sudden he won't give us his "wonderful" insurance information saying our arch dented his truck. They were nice but now wont give us insurance information. I wasn't there and the driver with the help of police just reattached it and left. They wont return my calls, the state director has been trying. They're great as long as you don't have a problem. If you have a problem, good luck. Anyone can have a accident, my problem is that the driver should have hooked it up correctly and the owner, Andre lied to us and hasn't followed through or returned calls.
