Superb service! I lost a part to Brown Jordan's Nomad table from a set that, to the best of my knowledge, was produced in the 1970s. After sending emails to some 30 restoration companies listed on Brown Jordan's website, Patio Furniture Refinishers was the first to answer (a few others did later as well). After we exchanged a number of emails and pictures, I received the correct part from Patio Furniture Refinishers. A TRUE TESTAMENT TO SERVICE GIVEN THAT THE PARTS I BOUGHT COST ONLY ABOUT $10.00. I have another patio set that I would love for them to refinish, but, since I live in Virginia and the company is in California, that is obviously impractical!

Perfect workmanship. We could not be more pleased with their work. Excellent customer service. Carolyn is a joy to work with. The price is fair, especially in light that the pieces look brand new.

They were very responsive, and explained all charges and what they were going to do. They asked me to take a picture of the damaged chair, which helped them diagnose what needed to be done. Carolyn was very responsive and answered all my email messages right away. They picked up the chairs, and they were finished and delivered one week later. They not only did all the repairs perfectly, they also fixed a patchwork repair that I had done previously myself. But the most amazing thing is, they found and repaired one of the legs of a chair that had a crack in it. They straightened out the leg, repaired the crack, and even touched up the repair so well that I have found it impossible to determine which chair they fixed! At no extra charge, by the way.
The only reason that I gave them a B was due to the $120 pickup and delivery charge, that seems a little steep. But the rest of the pricing was more than fair. I really can't say enough good things about this company, they truly exceeded my expectations.

Patio Furniture Refinishers did a beautiful job of reslinging my patio chairs.  Although the price seemed expensive, I did research other companies and they were similarly priced.  I chose this company based on recommendations, reviews, and the responsiveness that I received from the company.  Carolyn provided valuable information about the fabrics they offer, forthright and accommodating.  The chairs were delivered back to me within about 10 days.  The delivery men were timely and very professional; they were also patient when assisting me with choosing a fabric.  I would definitely use this company again ? and would recommend them to others.

They were super responsive. They held to their quote without any surprise extras and the furniture looks fantastic. They came exactly when they said they would be here. It was so much easier than finding new furniture and having the old furniture hauled away. The work also came with a full 3 year warranty. I'm so happy!

It's 1/3 of the price of buying new furniture! They made them look brand new again! Wonderful stuff! They mostly do commercial stuff. I didn't know that you could even do this, and I was very pleased to learn about this process. I would highly recommend them. The furniture has been out there all summer and it looks great.
