IT'S AN A. THEY CAME OUT, AND THEY PERFORMED THEIR WORK. THEY GAVE ME THE OPTIONS THAT I NEEDED. THEY COULD BUY IT, OR I COULD GO OUT TO HOME DEPOT AND BUY ONE. THEY TREATED ME WITH RESPECT, AND I FEEL THEY DID A GOOD JOB.
