 + -1 moreUnfortunately it has been 2+ weeks later and we never received a quote from him. He did mention he was extremely busy and about to leave to go out of town for a long weekend, so perhaps we were not as much of a priority as other existing customers. We decided to go with another company who promptly provided us a quote and were more responsive.
Description of Work: We contacted OC Stairs for a quote to replace our metal railing and balusters with a wood/iron mix, install tread caps, and put in moulding on our staircase. In order to obtain this quote, Ed requested I email pictures of our existing staircase and "inspiration" pictures to him ahead of time, and then meet him in his showroom for an appointment This was somewhat difficult to schedule as he mentioned he was so busy. Upon arrival, I had to wait about 10 minutes as he was running over with a client - no big deal at all. Ed was very friendly during the meeting, and promised we would have a quote later that afternoon. If we wanted to proceed, he would then do a site visit to finalize details.
