Frank is wonderful to work with. He is very patient and understanding. He explained everything so we could understand it. We needed to update our computer and ICloud, and put in additional security. He is very knowledgeable about security and helped us to select and install the software needed. If you need to migrate files to a new computer or new ICloud he is the best. He has also helped with our business website, making sure it was secure and accessible to our customers. The other item he helped us with was a new phone system through ring central. Frank really know the intricate working of phones. He helped us even when Apple couldn't with our Iphones. I highly recommend Frank for all computer, phone system, and A/V needs.
