THE GENTLEMAN SEEMED TO UNDERSTAND WHAT MY CONCERNS WERE WHEN SETTING UP THE APPOINTMENT. HE CAME A BIT LATER THAN EXPECTED BUT YET HE WAS ABLE TO MAKE THE NECESSARY REPAIRS AS I HAD STATED IN OUR PHONE CONVERSATION.
