The workers were terrific - work needed to be done by entry and passage through the house, so each day they put protective material on the wood floor and on the walls. Each night they cleaned it all up. No damage. Workers were there every day at 7a.m. and gone by 4:30p.m. Entire project was completed with no delays within 8 days. Several neighbors had other contractors doing the work and they would be there some days, and not others...work dragged on for most of a month.
Some of the landscape plantings did not do well initially and Mike cheerfully replaced them. However, there are a couple of trees not doing so well in pots, and they have come out to check, and decided to wait until Spring springs to see how they do then. My assumption is that if they are not doing well, they will be replaced.

All went very well, very efficient crew. Workers were outstanding. Mike has been around a
long time...very agreeable, but pricey.
