Mick himself came out after business hours and replaced a capacitor that had failed. He also performed the annual maintenance. Mick charged me for the replacement part and a normal annual AC service call for a total of $100.

It was not good. Like I said below they tried to hook into an existing circuit and didn't even check to see if the amps could support the system. I came home to find the smell of an electrical fire. I ran to my basement and saw the wires melting and was able to shut everything off before it caught fire. The workmanship was shoddy, and the lack of professionalism was incredible. The guy actually tried to argue it was my fault.
