The quality of management was extremely poor.  They even charged me a management fee on the amount of security deposit used for repairs. The quality of work done by their "handyman" division was very poor.  I received rents up to 45 days after it was collected.  When I decided to sell the properties, they did not want to assist me and my Realtor.  I have had over a dozen property managers in six different states and this company was the worst one I have ever used.  The cost of services listed above includes the repairs.  They are very nice when you talk with them, but as a real estate investor, I need to have quality service.
