DO NOT USE THEM!!!

Given that their prices prices are ridiculously high you would think that the work would be exceptional, well think again. It took almost 8 months for them to hang 5 interior doors and install crown and base board in 3 bedrooms for a price tag of over $6,000. Part of the reason it took so long is that their definition of a full day of work is to start at 10:30 in the morning and leave promptly by 3. I also had to hire another contractor to come in after them and fix all of their mistakes (bad cuts, bad joints, no fill for the nail holes etc. etc.). After all was said and done given the exceptionally long time frame to complete a very simple job and all of the mistakes they were still unwilling to give any kind of discount from my bill. I urge anyone reading this, find another contractor!!!! 

Oh I almost forgot that the measure tech over ordered all the material by over 50%. So, that not only jacked the price of material but to add insult to injury they just left all the extra material lying around my house for me to clean up. Thank Brian, you truly are a man of your word!

It went extremely well. I would say five star on a five. They were extremely knowledgeable, very clean and very meticulous. The installation was fantastic. They cleaned up after themselves, packing all the areas after the work was done. I am very satisfied.  They're solid.

Very impressed with the professional way this company operates. From the window consultant to the installers, everyone arrived on time, was courteous, asked questions, and cleaned up promptly. The workmanship was excellent. I would not hesitate to hire this company for future window or door work.

Looks great. Exceeded my expectations. I am very picky and they made sure I was completely satisfied.  Quick and very clean.

It went very smoothly.  The windows came in sooner than expected and took less time to install than I had anticipated.  When the installers determined that the entire sill did not have to be replaced as originally projected, they explained to me clearly and in detail what the situation was.  When I asked about the possibility of having some money refunded from the contracted amount since fewer materials and time was required, they contacted their supervisor on the spot who in turn immediately authorized it.  I received the refund check in the mail 2 days later.
The windows work perfectly and the installation workmanship is excellent. 
I would definitely hire McDuff Daniels again.

A sales person came over to my property to make measurements and talk about options available. He was later very responsive until the job was complete and always answered questions. We decided to use Milgard, Tuscany line windows with custom .375" thick glass in order to help quiet street noise. The installers came over a few weeks later as planned and did a great job installing 3 windows. We chose the Tuscany line windows since the Milgard Quiet Line was very expensive and too thick cross section in order to fit the current window openings. Their prices are not the lowest but competitive with others. We did get a good discount by booking through Costco contractor services. Find these services on their website. Overall it was a good experience with McDuff+Daniels. My only suggestion is to not re-install blinds until all adhesive has cured. Re-installing the blinds rubs against the trim adhesive and smudges it at some places.

I liked the knowledge of their salesperson that came out to talk with me about the replacement windows and doors. I also liked their professionalism and quality of work of the actual workers that came out to install. Overall, the project went very smoothly. There was a couple of hiccups, but they alerted me to those right away and worked with me to resolve those.

Fabulous experience with McDuff Daniels.  Their sales consultant, Donovan, was very knowledgable and helpful, advising on us what types of windows were worth the money and suitable for our remodel.  HIs advice proved spot on after the windows were installed.  The installation team did a top notch quality job in installing more than 20 windows in a day and a half with beautiful quality and attention to detail.  I would definitely use them again for any window job and highly recommend them!

Good job on installation except inside oak threshold is splintered in one area.
Also, workman did not clean off lock hardware before installing & white paint from the old door was stuck to the back of the lock.  You can see it against the new, dark painted door.  I'm afraid I'll scratch the new paint if I try to fix it. Installer was aware of problem but did not fix it before he left.

Estimator was late for appointment, made a calculation error on initial proposal and did not contact me later  to inform me of the error. Price when I went to place order was higher than estimate and it took several days to get response from estimator with explanation of difference. However, overall, the pricing very competitive. Office person (Vickie) was very professional and responsive. Installers arrived a few minutes late but were very professional, fast, and did a good job.

It was good.

The communication with me has been great. They gave me a reminder call and called me after the job was done to see how the work was. The installers themselves could have cleaned up a little better. They didn't clean the windows. They left the stickers on them.

Overall from start to finish, my husband and I both agree we received great service. It was a pleasure to work with Steve WIlke on the sales side. On the install side we were pleased with Brian and David, as well as another installer that had helped install our windows. We also received great customer service from VIckie. Overall the staff was terrific, everyone gave us the comfort and reassurance that our project was in good hands!
