"We really apologize you werent 100% happy with our service, that is what we ultimately strive for. Our normal protocol is to come out and do an in home estimate. However, because you wanted the turn around time so quickly there was no time to come out and do that. We covered everything on the phone with you before hand( as much as we could without seeing the property). Mr. [Member Name Removed], you set the amount limit at $200.So, when our ladies arrived they even called the office to let us know it would be difficult to do everything you wanted for $200. I personally called you to give the updated information. You had said you would appreciate the girls doing what they could. ( the house had been in disarray for sometime..your words not mine. We were ok with not doing the job knowing we couldnt do the job you wanted at the price you set). I passed that on to the ladies working on your home. So from start to finish we had been in complete contact with you. so i am not sure where your unhappiness came into play? Our normal procedure is if "ANY" client is unhappy with the work performed we will go right back out and make it right. So, if there is anything we can do to make this visit better please let us know."
