Poor quality and even worse service. I like to support small businesses but I also expect people to live up to commitments. Not just switch and bait. Simply stated, the roof leaked after their work so they did not do their job. Worse yet it took a lot of attempts to even get them to return the calls, despite so called guarantee. Once they have your money they lose motivation to provide service, which is a shame. If you have money and time to burn then these are the folks for you. If you value your time and money, choose someone else.

They were awesome. The number one thing, i liked was how long it took and the garantee of 3 days to a week. They were done within 4 days. They actually did not leave to start a new job until it was done. Aside from all the compliments that are true, they clean up after every day, here early, and incredibly polite. When they took the satalite off, we had DirectTV come out and corrected DirectTV because they actually attached it to our roof and caused damage originally. They explained to me what to do and what would be covered under the warranty because of the holes. Every part of the experience was great even the price. They were so reasonable in all aspects it was shocking incomparison to JUST trying to get quotes. They are a family owned business that works hard for their money. Thank you Luis!!

This family owned business was referred by my husbandâ s co-worker. Our main home plus garage needed the old roof replaced and we are extremely pleased with the work Luis Mendoza and family performed for us. They were extremely courteous and professional throughout the whole project-cleaning up debris before leaving each day. They arrived on time every day and were done by the estimated date given. I hired them after interviewing 4 contractors. This is a family business and everyone I met, including the crew, were professional, efficient, courteous, friendly, and did a terrific job. It was a large home with two large and two small sections of flat roof. I chose the double layer with energy efficient top layer. Their price was very competitive, but what I appreciated most was Luis, Jr. excellent communication with me...keeping me informed during all three weather delays (rain, strong winds, and rain). They cleaned up every day and worked most days literally drawn until past dusk. I was VERY IMPRESSED. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them for any roofing task. They coordinated everything...inspections, material delivery, portable toilet, etc...and they didn't stop unit the job was completely done. I don't think I could have found a better company...their work ethic, integrity, and teamwork were tops. Thanks for a great job!

I had a new cement tile roof put in three years ago and I hated some of the detail work done by previous company. Luis’s guys came out and fixed it all and it looks great. Luis has great communication and follow up, work and cleanup. The pricing was fair but not cheap not excessively expensive. Would use them in my next job.

Luis Jr came out and gave me a fair estimate for my fascia repair. The entire crew was friendly and courteous. At the end of each day they cleaned up around the house. They did a fantastic job and I am extremely pleased with the workmanship. I will definitely recommend them to any of my neighbors needing roof repairs.

Luis Mendoza Roofing is a family owned and operated business. Luis showed up on time for our appointment and provided an “at market quote” for the roofing repair job on the spot. The job was scheduled for two days in the future and I was provided a written detailed job quote via email the day before the repair. The written quote did not contain a couple of items we talked about, and without hesitation the written contract was updated to reflect these missing items. The day of the repair work, two workers showed up on-time and conducted the roofing repair work professionally. The repair was to a roof valley and one of the issues that I failed to discuss prior to the job was that the distance between tiles in the valley were only an inch or less which I did not think was enough separation to allow for proper drainage of rain water in the valley. When Luis showed up to review the work being done he told me that he had instructed his workers to trim all the tiles in the valley so as to increase the gap between the tiles so there was a greater gap in the valley for the water to drain properly. He basically read my mind and was asking if he could do a better job, requiring more work, with no increase in the cost of the job. This is the type of professional I want to deal with in the future.

Excellent roof repair. Took an extra trip to finish off some details, but overall excellent work and very rapid response.
