Initially, we contracted them to give us a better presence on our website to get more contacts. Everything was running smooth with our old website, but they decided to design us a new site at no charge. The new website looked beautiful, but as soon as the new site went live, our phone lines and email contact ceased. Numerous calls (maybe twice a week) to figure out what was going on, they told us they would work on it but they didn't do anything to resolve out issue with them and They were also rude about it. So what we hired them to do, they didn't do, after spending close to $5000. They destroyed our business and I would not recommend anyone to hire them for any website needs.
