I found Lexington Mortgage from a Google search. David called and asked me some questions as part of the loan application process. I faxed my proof of income and other papers to him. He looked for a good lender with a low interest rate. Gave me an upfront appraisal of what rate I would qualify for. Very professional.

IT WAS A RATHER FAVORABLE OVERALL EXPERIENCE. THEY WERE QUICK TO RESPOND TO ANY QUESTIONS I HAD. THEY KEPT ME ABREAST AS TO THE PROCESS AND AS TO WHAT WAS TAKING PLACE. EVEN AFTER REFINANCING HAD TAKEN PLACE, THEY STAYED IN CONTACT WITH ME TO MAKE SURE I WAS STILL SATISFIED WITH EVERYTHING THAT HAD TAKEN PLACE. THEY LEFT ME NUMBERS TO CALL THEIR COMPANY. I HAVE A FAX NUMBER OR DIRECT LINE NUMBER IF I HAD ANY QUESTIONS OR ANY CONCERNS OR PROBLEMS.
